Content on this Web site is authored primarily by residents of Norwich that live in the Root District neighborhood, which consists of Union Village Road, and many of the surrounding roads and neighborhoods. Several of these residents are also members of the Norwich Broadband Committee and are well versed in the current Internet technologies available to town residents.
If you are interested in helping out, then please contact us. Currently, our biggest need is in trying to get the word out to residents about the Comcast expansion. Upcoming efforts may include postal mailings, paid advertisements, lawn posters, and flyers. Please let us know if you can help in any way.
